Hi, my name is Fiona Koutlis and firstly welcome to my website.
My love for holistic healing is a journey that started well over 15 years ago, I started with meditation and still to this day I guide weekly meditation classes and I have produced my own meditation CD. Learning about healing rocks and crystals, along with Reiki healing is what took my enthusiasm to continue to learn and grow to the next level. I am an advanced Angel Intuitive, training with Doreen Virtue.
All this previous knowledge led me to the energy psychology methods and was introduced to EFT and Matrix Re-imprinting. My Matrix trainer was Bennie Naude from South Africa, and I became a certified Matrix Re-imprinting Practitioner with Matrix Re-imprinting Ltd.
I have completed Levels 1 and 2 in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) through EFT Universe, and am now a certified practitioner. I truly believe I have found my true passion.
My studies in Life Coaching bring another layer of knowledge I can share with you.
Through EFT and Matrix Re-Imprinting, I have been able to transform my relationship with myself and those I love, creating less stress and inner peace.
